More drums!

Nice work. I think it needs a second set of drums that are just as heavy but not as muffled. a nasty snare or hat would do the trick. you could even be creative and make it sound like gun shots or whatever.

good luck if you want more advice let me know.

Don't rush music!

You have great ideas in the track. don't rush. instead figure out how to transition from your begining to your next verse. 40 minutes is a very short amount of time to work on a song. just become immersed in your project and see where you can go. I see potential here if you can get in the groove to expand.

I know what you mean, but I try not to make my projects very long because I'm only using FL demo. Besides, I didn't think that the transition was THAT bad.

back in my day ...

this so takes me back 4 years when I was writing music in fl studio for the first time. I used to think my drums had awesome beats and would do the same by putting long cords and simple blips that will create that eternal buzz in the background.

If you want to learn fl studio to a much grander level contact me and I will be happy to teach you. after all I am a teacher in the real world so i can say its my job.

happy music making!

interesting

I like how you followed hardware rules when making this track.
the actual song is well composed also.

4 and 8
keep it up!

very standard!

your mix doesn't speak as its own song. volume levels need to be adjusted so the track is more enjoyable and sounds more professional. the lead synth turned up the buzz bass down in the beggining. at 40 seconds till 60 you had some nice stuff goin on.

Nice start!

your track has a good sound cordination. I actually am not a fan of the blip bass you used seemed to be a little distracting. You also could use an equalizer on the opening synth it seems to distort a little at points.

keep up the good work and you will be writing full songs in no time.

if you need more help aim or email me I have years of experience when it comes to mastering a track.

Awsome IDM!

I like your use of sounds they all work well with eachother. very simple song yet has many nice vibes.

I wouldn't mind remixing this track if your interested in working together sometime.

thanks for the comment!
i would love to work with you
ive never done anything like this before, but yah
let me know

What a Surprise!

Thank you!
I Just woke up this morning and logged into Newgrounds and I see your remix 3 entries down.

I like your transition from the first verse to the second. And I really like the beat you layed down for the mix. It has so much more pop (life) then the original. Your ideas for a chorus and a steady baseline have given me some ideas also.

Thanks Again, and I will write to you shortly!

dmess responds:

Hey hey, don't forget:
It's your track, not mine.
I only make a remix for you ;)
thx for the 10.

Heavy groove!

I like industrial beats and i also like how you made this for a pub. sweet deal!
makes for good background music to a movie scene!

dmess responds:

Thx man :)

I enjoy the creativity!

Very cool use of sounds I like how all the sounds come togethor midway through the track after you leave the listener to explore them in the beginning.
